(September 9, 2020, 3:19 pm)I have been impressed by every aspect of renting with Life Storage. I have rented both in person and online and both processes were quick and easy. Ken and Davonte' in the office are both polite and helpful. I lost my unit keys and they made it super easy to replace them.
The units themselves are neat and clean, as are the hallways, elevators, and grounds in general. The a/c is nice and cool and I know our belongings are safe and sound. Thank you!
(September 3, 2020, 5:34 pm)Ken is amazing! At the last minute, was able to help me out of a bind. Super friendly and very accommodating! Plus, his facility exceeded my expectations. The entire building is expansive, climate controlled, and incredibly clean. He situated a unit that was spacious enough to hold the contents of my entire home. I am very grateful for both Ken & Life Storage!
(June 15, 2020, 4:13 pm)A little pricey in my opinion but it was my first time even using a storage unit. But I Love their security and appreciated that is was climate controlled and that my stuff wasn't sitting in a hot box for months. I love that I could use the facility without any permission from office. Overall Great experience. I highly recommend. Ken is at the Dania Beach office he was very helpful and informative. I am glad I was able to make a payment at a local branch since I wasn't in State at the time.
