“Years ago I worked at a very famous Miami law firm (will not name), and took my brother there. Horrible service, 2years on my brothers case and nothing was done. Long story short, I found this law firm and have never looked back. In less than 6 months they did all the work that the other place had not done in 2 years and closed the case with a a very good settlement. I don’t remember if we signed up with our favorite attorney on the first day. I do remember that after that i have known our attorney and he knows us on a first name basis. Steven is amazing! The day I met Steven in person for my brother’s settlement check, he walked out to meet us even though we were just picking up an envelope at the front desk. He was dressed humble and normal, not in an expensive tailored suit, we felt even better when we met him. This is a guy like you or me, no pretenses, just brilliant in his profession. The office is a little bit far, but do NOT be discouraged by that they work very hard to make everything easily available to you electronically or via mail and the attorney is aware of EVERYTHING done, even emailed documents. If Steven even thinks soemthing might be confusing he will call to check. I did all the translating for my family, but they have translators and constantly make sure that you understand and feel confident of where the case is at and where to take it and if you agree. Fast forward almost 5 years my dad was just represented by Steven again. We cannot be more satisfied and confident in the level of integrity and trustworthiness of this firm. With special mention to Steven who would call just to say, “hey just wanted to double check your dad understood everything, or hey its been a few days just touching base.” The level of attention and care is beyond the norm of other places. That said, do not be mistaken Steven knows his stuff he said we can get you more and we can do this and he goes for it and does it. He gave us great advise. This might sound like an infomercial but its not, it is just the truth and when something is good and is worth holding onto you keep it. Steven is our family lawyer and he has represented us twice and we will keep going back to him. I promise you will not be disappointed, this place is truly in another league of their own. If in doubt, ask for Steven, tell him Dania sent you. You wont regret it.”
