I have interacted with about 5 of the representatives, all of them have been an absolute pleasure meeting and speaking with. They are very courteous and mindful of my concerns. The alignment expert, Steven, is an awesome down to Earth guy. I enjoy going off-road with my Jeep, 3.5" lifted with 35" tires... That means a lot of concerns regarding alignment. Steven minimized all my concerns and explained everything in a very easily understandable manner. He has dialed in my alignment, test drove it, and said it was perfect. I have to agree, I can freely drive 70-80mph down the highway going straight. I told them I'd be back when I need to, and I have no doubts about that. I can highly recommend this shop!”
