Terrell Harden was my salesperson and he comes highly recommend and is very knowledgeable about the Genesis brand and all the technology/apps that come with the vehicle. (July 1, 2021, 7:45 pm)Having purchased many cars, I would have to say that the Sales Manager ( Mr Victor Pizzaro Jr) was the most compassionate Sales Manager I have ever come across. Prior to going to this location I did visit another Rick Case location and the Sales Manager there needs to work on his people skills. The entire staff at Rick Case was great!!!! If your in the market for a vehicle I would highly suggest you visit Rick Case off of I-75 on Weston Rd!!! The customer service is outstanding!!!!!
