(February 17, 2019, 5:04 am)Of all the Maserati dealerships I have been to so far, this one by far has the best customer service and sales people who are honest and transparent. I had the pleasure of working with Karl Dillett II and he was the best car salesman I have met yet- so personable, kind, extremely patient, honest, hardworking, stayed in constant communication and follow up, and so thorough when it came to details and answering any and all of my questions. I would recommend Rick Case Maserati, and furthermore, highly recommend that anyone shopping for a new car ask for Karl! He is the best!! He deserves more than 5 stars!!
