Centro at Davie by ARIUM Apartments

The complex is nice and the landscaping is well kept. The pool was always clean and the gym had good equipment to use. My only issue was that we lived in one of the apartments that weren’t fully renovated yet so we had a lot of issues. The AC broke repeatedly, the garbage disposal was not cleaned from the tenants before us, and the grout in the bathroom was messy. Despite the issues, the service team was always fast to repair anything and were polite about doing so. The complex is close to good shopping centers, colleges, and fast food; however, the monthly rent seems very high.

Excellent customer service from day one. Carol zak (Leasing Office) helped me throughout the process and answered all my questions very quickly. My move was quite rushed and they were able to give me the keys to the apartment in 3 days.
As for the condominium, it is quite quiet, very well maintained, very little vehicular traffic. The maintenance staff came the same day I asked to see the heating and they fixed it right away. The price is the market price, it is not cheap, nor is it very expensive. Super recommended.
