Andris happens to be the most professional person I have encountered at this business in the past 20 years. Yes I keep a mental note of all my experiences (car purchases, financing, repairs, parts purchases, detailing and interactions with managers and staff). I observed her dealing with the 2 customers ahead of me and she was very accommodating and helpful with them. Mine was a simple job and she was efficient and very pleasant to deal with. I have had poor experiences this place prior so my expectations were not very high. This time it was definitely a home run!

Danny was amazing! He greeted me and let me know how long it would take, being a Sunday it was busy. It ended up taking less time. Danny gave me recommendations which I would take on my next visit. What I like about this time is his calmness and overall attitude. He made the experience great

My experience, was a good one. I made my appointment a day in advance, I got there early, and when the business opened, Drew was ready and waiting. He seemed
to know what was the problem: I was in and out in about two hours. I was pleased to hear that my car was ready in such a short period of time. Drew changed the battery and rotate the tires, I was happy and pleased Thank you Drew: good job.

The best! And trust me…I’ve been to many other Toyota dealers and service plazas. This location is NOT close to me but well worth the drive!!! The way they greet you is warm and welcoming. They listen to what you need and treat you with such great respect!! The whole facility is absolutely top-notch!! This is now my home dealership and service center for all my Toyota needs!! Thank you guys so much for being absolute rock stars!!!
