“I have been putting this off for a while now but let me tell you how amazing the staff is at this store. There's this one person name Carlos C. who doesn't get that much recognition, who is very very helpful, he greeted me like I was at home and very respectful, always saying Miss or Mrs. I unfortunately, came in angry because I was at another metro store at young circle and all I wanted was my phone fix, that employee had a nasty attitude with me but WOW! The staff, everybody is so nice here. On top of fixing my phone, seeing what actually wrong with it, Carlos was able to solve my issue and he know what he was doing! He is so kind to the point that he even offered me water. We had a few laughs, a very nice conversation. After we were done. I left the store EXTREMELY happy and definitely had to write a review for this store and the miracle of a person that is Carlos. If Google had more stars, it'll be a 9/10! If you are going to this store please ask for Carlos! Definitely coming back to this store! P.S I love my new phone! THANK YOU Carlos ❤️”

“Funny, I just googled looking for a dry cleaner who does alterations also. I seen this place on the list with 5 stars and decided to see where it was. Well what do you know, it's the same place I used to take my stuff years ago when a woman named Marta owned it. I would always spend a little time there just chatting with her. I was there a couple of years ago but I had forgotten. I live in Davie and the place I went to here didn't want to clean my wool coat, said because of the buttons, never heard that one before so I decided to go to Hollywood to see Marta and found out a new couple owned it and since I was there and they said they could do it and did they ever!!!! Still haven't worn the coat since. It really was an unnecessary purchase but I just loved it. It was back when Burlington just sold coats! That should tell you something???? This couple was so nice! I had the same comfortable feeling that I used to have going to the previous owners. Like they were extended family???? To make a long story still long???? My search is over. I guess I'm headed to Hollywood today!!! P.S. After reading the reviews, I guess Erin, (which I now know because she was mentioned at least a half dozen times????) will be my new Marta. Lol”
