“My experience here was great! My groomsmen/father/father in law were helped primarily by Jackie who was nothing short of awesome throughout the whole process. She was friendly, polite, professional and very communicative. We had an initial small issue with the wrong color being ordered for one of our group's jacket by another worker but Jackie promptly caught this in advance of the due date, truthfully explained what happened and quickly fixed the error and ensured that all the jackets arrived promptly. Overall, their service was excellent and prices were definitely more reasonable and affordable than any other location within the 30 mile radius this shop is located. I will definitely be coming back for any other rentals needed!”
