“I had a fair amount of work done here on my 2 cars, Civic and Fiat. Previously I had two other mechanics try to fix some suspension noises, clunks and knocking, it was expensive and it didn't fix anything with the previous guys. I was going to take the civic directly to the Honda dealer to have them sort the noises out. During a repair I asked Luis if he wanted to take a look regarding the noises as well, he called me back with two explainations what could be causing the noises. He gave it back in no time and the suspension is as quiet as new. Wow.”

“I went there to get some insight on an issue I was having with an older vehicle for emissions, and man, the guy was so full of information, alternatives, and options, I was educated well beyond what I expected. They treated me with redirect, the entire crew was joyful, courteous, and so helpful. He even gave me the mechanics credentials, and even told why he was a master of Emissions issues. WOW. But money was not his primary objective, in all honesty, he was open abs upfront about all alternatives, with pricing.
