“Let just start with how.i tried to go to St. Francis, which was so horrible. They didn't even care to ask me whats wrong and put me on hold. So long in fact I was able to call VCA and get help and direct me to their facility. Once I got to VCA everyone was so kind and acted fast when I came in. The female doctor was so understanding and caring. I don't think I've ever meet a doctor who treats humans the way she was with me and Oreo. They helped me with my Oreo who was in horrible conditions. They were very fast and helpful each time. The whole experience will forever stay in my heart. Its sad that Oreo could not make it home and she went to heaven, but the doctor made a horrible event into something I could always hold on to this experiencein a positive way. I just want to say thank you to the doctor who helped me with our Oreo. You were so kind. God bless your heart. I believe if you receive good service you should always praise it. Thank God I walked through the tight doors. And the price for everything was much less than I've ever seen at any other emergency vet hospital. Thank you again.”
