Alex was very polite and the estimate was free. he pointed out various entry points around my doors and windows that he advise I seal. I asked if he could do that for me he said he would be happy to do so. He gave me a free estimate, the same day I had him come start the service and since Feb 2014 I have not seen a bug in my house. Very Professional, very educational, and on point, never late to my appointments and always very friendly and affordable. a lot cheaper than the other company's that came to give me an estimate. If Mr Ty said 4pm, it was 4pm, if Mr Ty said he’d call- he did! This is a professional business😉 My queen size guest bed arrived 1st & My moms queen size bed was built to order & actually set up in my home.
