“Our server Dave was above and beyond knowledgeable and accommodating. From the time he introduced himself, throughout the meal and up until the end. He did not hover but was there every time we needed something. He was thorough with his menu knowledge, very articulate and has an excellent sense of humor. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience. The food was exceptional, Octopus Starter, Caesar Salad, Colorado Rack of Lamb, deserts, wine all cooked to perfection. I have a severe food allergy to both Peanuts and Gluten. He was so accommodating and knowledgeable able to suggest all items I could consume. Brenden the Manager visited the table twice to ensure everything was to our liking. I was impressed by his knowledge of what we had been served and made sure we were satisfied with everything. I’ve been in the Restaurant Industry my entire life and this was a first class experience. “Good place to savor on Japanese small plates. Everything was fresh and tasteful, except for the chicken skewer, which was a bit dry. Menu options are abundant... and pricey! I would suggest to have a menu when one can mark their choices on, which will save time and pressure. Because of the many options, it's hard to remember which items to you've picked, so while the waiter is waiting on you to flip the pages back and forth, it creates unnecessary pressure to just pick something to excuse the waiter and saves time. Also note, gratuity is already included in your bill, which was not mentioned anywhere. I personally don't appreciate such establishments that secure the gratuity and take it for granted. I believe they should earn it first and let us, the customers, decide.”

“This casual, open air tiki hut style bar has an incredible location! The view simply can't be beat. It's locally owned and operated and the owner himself is a lovely man to interact with, providing great customer service with a warm, kind, laid back demeanor. Every time we visited, there was great music playing and a magnificent energy radiating about the place. The drinks are delicious and fairly priced. I can't speak for the food, but it's all made by his wife so I'm thinking it probably has the same quality as he rest of the experience. It's low season now, but I'm sure the place gets pretty rowdy when the crowds are larger! Definitely a worth-while stop along the boardwalk to slow down, hang out and chat with some people over a drink. I'll be back!”

“Today’s date is 7-20-18 at 10:25am. My brother and I just ate at this subway and both couldn’t believe, how clean it was, how fresh and great the food looked, how nicely the bread looked, and how great the sub was made. This is by far the best experience we’ve both had at any subway restraunts. The lady who made the sub definitely cared about the presentation and taste of the food. I never take the time to do reviews but I truly appreciate good workmanship!”

“Wow this was really amazing pizza. We ate the recommended "house" pizza on the menu called the "G3" and we were very happy. It is topped with ricotta cheese, basil, garlic, and tomato. The price is not bad for a large six slice pizza. The crust is stone oven baked, which makes the pizza just like, really good overall. Wait staff is nice. 18% tip is included in the check.”

“Late dinner on the board walk. Arrived around 8 and ended up being only couple left by 9. Food was very good but service was not. Once we sat the only time we met a server was to place our order receive the food and pay. No top ups on drinks etc. Considering we where their only customer? That being said the food was very good. I had a spicy shrimp dish in a cream sauce that was excellent, but not very spicy. My partner had seafood soup that was also very tasty. Food was excellent but service lacked.”

I am eagerly awaiting the reopening and went by yesterday, February 26, 2019, and it is NOT open yet. The remodel is still in progress. No word yet as of a reopen date.”

“This quaint restaurant is absolutely fantastic. We stumbled across it while walking the boardwalk and wanted a late night meal and thought we'd take a chance. We were so impressed with the service and meal we went back the next night. The Feta Cheese Platter and the Kofte Kabob's were absolutely DELICIOUS!!!!! The waiters remembered us from the night before and were so pleasant. Wish we found this restaurant earlier in our stay on Hollywood Beach because we would've gone more than twice. We highly recommend this restaurant!”

There were some slight communication difficulties, but it was nothing to worry about. The area it's in is a bit less than ideal, but fine nonetheless, and as such that shouldn't stop you from considering it as an option for Italian food if you find yourself in the area.”
