HOWEVER, You want a clean and safe place to store your belongings and feel good that when you open your unit there won't be surprises inside other than your stuff. I was informed that my tires didn't need rotating. Other facilities I've been to, always said they needed to be rotated and that I needed new air filters, and various other things.
