Yes, it's low income housing, you may see some trash, maintenance a little delayed(use it as a stepping stone to help you get to your end goal) Ms. Sandra and Ms.Joanne were the absolute BEST! They made my stay here pleasant. Their encouraging words will stay with me forever. Next month will make a year since I left and today I randomly just thought about something they shared with me. “I love it here. The property manager Rosa is wonderful & she cares about the property and tenants. Always greets me with a smile. I love talking to her because she is always so positive. Thanks to her its safe and clean here. Also the maintenance guy Rodrigo is the best. I've lived in other apartments and none of them compares to him. Out of a 10 he ranks 100. He always greets me when I see him on the property. He's very good at what he does. Never complains and always a friendly smile. Once he fixes something u will never need it fixed again. I hope he never leaves”

“Sophia did an amazing job at helping me lease an apartment. I was not able to see the apartment prior to move in but I am beyond satisfied with the way it came out. Jaime and Enrique did a great job at making sure it was clean and spotless 👌🏽I was weary about it smelling due to a bad experience at my prior apartment complex, but you could tell they cleaned thoroughly. The move in process was easy and efficient!”
