“This review is by a man who has never been a part of martial arts or any previous athletic endeavor: I’ve been training here now for just over 1 year. I chose this school because they were the ONLY place in my local region that answered my inquiry during the later pandemic timeline. A business that wants customers will show you by their actions. The environment here is very welcoming to new students, adults and kids alike. I also chose this school because they have a fantastic kids and womens program. Again, a business that wants to keep customers will show you through their actions. It’s also a very challenging program. Not just to someone who is new to athletic endeavors, but the classes are attended by enough practitioners of varying belt levels to keep you smashed into the mats (a GOOD thing). This also proves that the Jiu Jitsu being taught here is top-notch and works as intended. Professors Felipe and Sofia, as well as Coaches Esteban and Andres show you Jiu Jitsu skills, technical details, overall concepts, life lessons, and maintain a friendly and humorous atmosphere.
