“Upon entering the store Wilfredo immediately greeted us with a warm welcome. He came across as being genuine and was very attentive in listening to us and finding out what we were looking for to fit our budget. We had many questions and were impressed with Wilfredo's knowledge and him being able to answer all of them. Fast forward he took his time to show us every single mattress that fit our preference. We were also impressed with the flexibility of his options. In the end we found the perfect mattress and were able to set a delivery for later that day. After my husband purchased the mattress and leaving the store, we called him asking about adjustable bases and he was very helpful in giving us a good deal on that as well. We said yes to the mattress and the base that day!! The installation was quick and professional with Wilfredo demonstrating the functionality and features of the adjustable mattress base once setup. Thanks to Wilfredo we can bring in the new year with joy and comfort. We will definitely be coming back to make future mattress purchases and intend to recommend Mattresses and More to our family and friends!!!!”
