Most Florists in the area in which I wanted a floral arrangement delivered, were closed, not to reopen until Monday. I consider this Florist dedicated to their profession, by the fact of their hours open, prepared to answer a call by a person, not a voicemail. The gentleman who answered the phone, was very professional, courteous and respectful.
