“I guess the only way to compare Brian’s skills is to the the top NASA rocket scientist in our country . I was lucky enough to get squeezed in to the schedule with my 350 banshee and it needed a total rebuilt . Brian didn’t pass me off to an employee he sat down with me and broke everything down step by step based on what I wanted to achieve and literally by the time we finished . It Cost me half of what I though it was going to cost . He sent me pics step by step as he was building the engine which by the way defies the laws of physics as the amount of horsepower he was able to produce (on the dyno machine) while able to keep the compression so so low this engine will run forever . He is the grand master of the 2 stroke world and no one I repeat no one can do what this man can . I am just getting ready to bring my second shee to him now and will write another review”

“Mike and the German Auto Masters shop is everything you hope for in a mechanic. Honest, straightforward, clear communication, fair pricing and quality work. I had brought my Sprinter into a Mercedes dealership and was told all the wrong information, given quotes for thousands of dollars (for work that wouldnt have fixed the problem) and only after days of chasing them did I ever get it (and had to pay $600 for just the diagnostics). Mike was better across the board, and had me out and back on the road within two days and he spent the time to really find the true issue and diagnose and fix it. The cost was much lower because he took the time to do it right, and that's what makes Mike and his team so trusted. Highly recommend, and I'll be back for additional regular maintenance services. The guy just knows his stuff for Sprinters, and that makes a huge difference.”

“Erica Klontz and Kevin Bentz were a great help to me in getting back on the road quickly with the replacement of a dead battery, and the service and expertise they offered in helping to understand why my vehicle was stuck in low gear after I jump started it at a different location. It ended up being the computer system just needed a few minutes to reset itself after the replacement of the new battery. This was after 8:00P, and I was picturing worst case scenarios in terms of having to leave the vehicle overnight, something more serious with the vehicle being stuck in low gear, etc..., but I was back on the road in about 20 minutes! Their service was greatly appreciated!”

“My car was in serious need of attention both inside and out. A few unsightly long scratches on the hood and in need of a shampoo, especially the driver's seat. I stopped in for an estimate and spoke to Tyler who assured that he could get the car looking good. I made an appointment and dropped off my car today and 4 hours later ( I left the car there and picked it up) the car was ready and looking better than I had hoped. Tyler did an excellent job and his customer service was also above and beyond. The price was fair and I was very pleased with the experience.
