There's always staff present to assist with the various needs mom has and for families. I like the different activities and how they engage the residents. Presently my mom is in memory care and I was surprised of how she responded and interacted with other individuals which was stimulated by the memory care supervisor. I am happy and comforted knowing that my mom is in a safe and caring environment. And am looking forward to visiting with her. Thanks to all the staff for your accommodations.”

“Actually, we brought our men and went through the attic access, into the crawl space. We went to the spots where the leaks were showing on the ceiling below and checked the air ducts. We then took pictures of the condensation, to show that the stains were from the leaks in the air ducts. We also took pictures of the roof above, to show that there were no stains from leaks. We showed these pictures to the owners, so they could see we were telling the truth.”
