“If you want fancy this is not the place for you or your loved one. If you want a place that feels more like home, you will find it at Greenwood Place. My mom has been in memory care at Greenwood for almost 6 years. I will not lie. I have thought about moving her multiple times over the years. Under the new management things have improved exponentially. Memory Care no longer seems like the red-headed stepchild at the dinner table. Shylonda is wonderful and loves the residents. She wants them to feel like they are home. I can't say enough good things about the staff she has hired. I only give Greenwood a four star rating because there are still some improvements that can be made aesthetically and in housekeeping. I want to add, I don't go every once in awhile. I go at least 3 to 4 times a week and observe everything.”
