My first visit on Saturday morning, I had a lot of apprehension of filling out old, outdated paperwork and being treated like a number. First pleasant surprise I was called a few days before the appointment to fill in for someone who had cancelled. When I arrived the reception folks were smiling and made me feel welcome. Then they handed me a I-pad to fill in important questions about me that were relevant and not outdated. I soon was escorted to a waiting room by a polite and happy employee and was told it would be a few minutes. After a minute or so a young man named Rochardo came in to confirm what I had filled out earlier. He was amazing with his acute knowledge and professionalism. After he left, I was getting a little antsy after 3-4 minutes and I started to think that I was going to be siting for a while and then the doctor's assistant told me politely, with a smile that Dr Epstein would be just a few minutes longer. After a few minutes voila Doctor Epstein and assistant were with me determining if I was a good candidate for eye lid surgery. With a confident smile .... I say this medical team is professional and happy to serve.

Surgery on my nose and Dr Epstein and staff did more than I could expect. Shout out to Kim who held my hand the whole way explaining everything and taking great care of me!

Very professional, kind and knowledgeable staff. Dr. Skolnick is amazing, direct to the point, he will answer your questions. Be ready to wait because of the tests that have to be done before you see the doctor.

Doctors and staff are knowledgeable and thorough. Dr. Skolnick explains everything well and is upbeat and positive which is helpful in surgical procedures. I d give them 5 stars except time spent in the waiting room is long and then waiting for a surgical procedure consultant to schedule a procedure takes long. Once you get in though things move along but don't expect to be in and out.. Follow up to surgical procedures is excellent : I received a call from my Dr. the evening of my surgery and had two subsequent appts. to ensure I was healing properly. The staff provides paperwork which gives you exact instructions to follow before and after surgery.

Dr Epstein is AMAZING!! I would recommend him to anyone. He has very good bedside manners and Kim the nurse is extremely gentle and friendly. Along with being friendly and professional, they're good at what they do. I had a lesion under my eye , it had been removed once before and grew back instantly. Dr Epstein made sure to get all of it and stitched it up tightly so I would not have issues with it. Not only was the procedure quick and painless but you cannot even tell this huge thing was ever under my eye! They're the best! I would go to them for any future eye concerns!
