“Had upper and lower eye lid surgery due to facial paralysis limiting my ability to blink and naturally close my right eye. Dr. Gil Epstein monitored my eye over a few months and then determined that surgery was recommended due to the health of my cornea. Surgery procedure was smooth and uneventful and postop recovery was without a hitch or problem. Prior to surgery I suffered from extreme eye fatigue and constant tearing - no more. I can now blink and close my eye. Excellent Doctor. Kim (support staff) is excellent as well. Very personable lady with a tremendous amount of experience. I would unequivocally recommend Dr. Epstein and Kim for your eye care.”

“My first visit on Saturday morning, I had a lot of apprehension of filling out old, outdated paperwork and being treated like a number. First pleasant surprise I was called a few days before the appointment to fill in for someone who had cancelled. When I arrived the reception folks were smiling and made me feel welcome. Then they handed me a I-pad to fill in important questions about me that were relevant and not outdated. I soon was escorted to a waiting room by a polite and happy employee and was told it would be a few minutes. After a minute or so a young man named Rochardo came in to confirm what I had filled out earlier. He was amazing with his acute knowledge and professionalism. After he left, I was getting a little antsy after 3-4 minutes and I started to think that I was going to be siting for a while and then the doctor's assistant told me politely, with a smile that Dr Epstein would be just a few minutes longer. After a few minutes voila Doctor Epstein and assistant were with me determining if I was a good candidate for eye lid surgery. With a confident smile .... I say this medical team is professional and happy to serve.”
