Mr .Chris Castellón, was friendly, and professional. He deserves 10 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Unfortunately this plan was not for me. Promptly called by the owner herself and was taken care of.

Hope this email finds you well.

I wanted to take a moment to bring to your attention what I feel to be a valuable asset within your employ at your 95 Nutrition Niagara Falls location. I believe her name is Lexi but I can’t be 100% certain, please forgive me. Regardless of her name, what a fantastic team member you have! The first time attending the store, she walked right up to my best half and I, greeted us with a big smile and “Welcome to 95 Nutrition! Is there anything I can help you with today?!” Neither one of us expected that; how nice it was to feel immediately recognized – a lost art in today’s society if you will.

Each time I/we have attended the store since, while she is on shift, she immediately greets us with that trademark smile. What a friendly and powerfully engaging personality, I certainly wouldn’t expect this from such a young lady!

In a world riddled with constant complaints I wanted to take a moment to pass along some praise; I firmly believe giving credit where it is due and that’s what I have humbly tried to accomplish here today. Keep up the great work!

I found 95 years ago (years as in before they even opened the Grand Island store) through a friend on facebook. I've been a customer for so many years for a couple reasons: 1. the food quality, I am yet to eat something that I dislike (& the protein pie- incredible) 2. the employees- it does not matter the location (if i was a business owner I would poach them all). I was diagnosed with hip dysplasia and I was talking to an employee about it, not only did he recommend adding collagen to my coffee but EVERY.TIME I came in he asked me how I felt and offered workout modifications for things I enjoyed doing. SERIOUSLY, name another meal prep company that has a staff like this! I workout at a local gym that has a full meal prep cafe inside and I continue to use 95 nutrition! This company has been life changing for my weigh-loss journey and self control.. I did mention the protein pie right? I'll be a customer for life!!

1/2 through my first order with 95 Nutrition and could not be more pleased! Meals are reasonably priced, they taste terrific, the portions are satisfying!

Easy to place orders and convenient to pick up! You have a repeat customer! Now my husband wants his own!

I’ve been trying out different meal prep places and this by far is my favorite!! I’ve visited two locations and both times have been extended great customer service! I’m impressed by not only the staff but the meals are amazing as well! If you’re on the fence definitely go talk to Sierra, she’s so helpful and made my experience smooth.

Can't say enough about this Wells Fargo. Actually, my experiences with all the locations I've been to (4-5 different ones) have been excellent. Great customer service, no lines (pay attention Chase!), and numerous locations all have made my trips there pleasurable. Have been using them for 3-4 months now, have never been disappointed.
