(April 8, 2023, 10:18 pm)My order was completely botched 3 weeks ago, and the two young girls were horse playing and rude at the joint. I called terribly upset because I put up with the lil kids at the restaurant, only to get home and realize my order was botched. I called to complain, but my daughter jumped on the call because she feared I was going to lose it. We asked for a manager and Ms Ashley (the manager) came on the scene. I’ve worked service jobs and I always maintain that a horrible start can still get you great reviews, if you handle conflict correctly. Well, Ms. Ashley was polite, apologetic and took immediate corrective action! I came back three weeks later and she kept her word. No attitude! She was pleasant and accommodating as ever, even though I showed up on a busy Saturday night and she was swamped! People have bad days and things do go wrong; however, how we fix conflict matters more than the offense itself. Go Ashley and thank you so much for your help. I left satisfied! Keep up the good work!
(February 27, 2023, 11:14 pm)Placed a to go order over the phone for 10 piece combo with Cajun corn, voodoo fries. Everything came out fresh and hot and the crew working were outstanding with handling the order. Great service at this location, I’ve eating wingstop dozens of times from many states and tonight was great.
