“This place is your average Florida time share. It does have updated counters and appliances. The pull out couch in the living room is not comfortable for adults much better suited for children. The view in the one bedrooms is awesome, the two bedrooms are across the street from the beach but if you want a quiet beach holiday you can't beat this place.”

“We have stayed here several times. The resort has a building on the beach and several across the street. At present they are finishing renovation around one of the pools but 3 others are available as is the beach. Our unit was recently renovated and is very comfortable with a laundry and full kitchen. Restaurants and shopping as well as groceries are nearby”

“Cannot beat the price and location. As other reviews mentioned, it's like a mini apartment with full fridge and small kitchen area, which I like. Just a couple points, not complaints, but points to make other guests aware of. Parking spaces are tight, so if you have a truck or large SUV, it takes a little work to get in and out of the parking lot. Ask for a street side space in advance if you have a large vehicle. Bring your own pillow or 2.(This may have already been addressed.)”

“Great place to BBQ right on the water. They also rent chairs on the beach and umbrellas. Snack bars and stores close by. There's also beach access for the handicapped guess that's the life guards for a wheelchair any one of the lifeguards. The Park is open till 11 p.m. there's barbecue grills along the beach there's also Pavilions will you can rent out for the day. Parking is $2.10 an hour.”
