The hardest thing to find in a bike shop is knowledgable staff. The level of industry knowledge that the folks on the floor like Adam, Forest, and Hew have is unmatched. If it wasn’t for this shop, and the lovely attitude Lou and Tatiana bring to their customers- I would not have gotten into the sport. 1,000 miles later on my Trek Domane and I regularly stop by each week whether I just need some advice, equipment, or want to see a friendly space. Developing a relationship with your local shop is priceless- I highly recommend Trek Upper West Side 😤🙌

Don’t believe any of the negative reviews! This place is great. Forest is friendly, very knowledgeable and professional, and turned a simple bike repair into a lovely and educational experience. My new favorite bike shop. Last Thursday of every month, they host bike repair classes for beginners - check them out! ❤️❤️

People who know bikes work here. I go to those people and I have no problems.

Also, they host a free kids camp and a kids program for gun violence-affected teens. Good store.

I can’t fathom a better bike shop. I found an excellent selection of super high quality bikes and rode off into the sunset with a slick new ride tricked out with useful accoutrements. The staff is stellar, especially Lou Jacob.

Love it here! I walked in with a newly purchased used bike in need of some TLC. Everyone here was so nice and very attentive! I will certainly return and avail myself of their expertise and products in the future. It was nice to feel taken care of in a busy world! My first meeting with Karyna and Janet at Shenandoah Insurance Agency was yesterday, and I was SO impressed – they were knowledgeable, pleasant, took all the time I needed, and answered all my questions. I was basically interested in my car insurance right now. Karyna determined a new policy would be best for me, cancelled my old policy, set up my new policy, provided me a new insurance card, corrected errors in the insurance company's records, took photos of my car and, most importantly, saved me $400/year on my premium payment, along with arranging the refund on my old policy! She did all this quickly with a minimum of effort on my part – and made it look easy. Janet reviewed my Homeowner’s policy, explained the current situation down here in south Florida concerning how few companies even offer insurance, and we plan to get together to talk further about this. I worked in Corporate America for fifty-two years and have seen it all. These ladies are wonderful. You won’t be disappointed!
