I'd decided to roll the funds for another six months. Mrs. Kassie took notice of me being a government employee and assisted with getting me an increased APR. This is much appreciated as every little bit of increase helps, especially during these times. In addition to this, she was very proffesional, friendly and pleasant. It is with great pleasure that I write this review. Employees like her deserve recognition for their knowledge of their jobs and abilities to deal with the public.
