I guess it was built to be a "live-work" environment. Townhouses and apartments available for rent on the campus, as well as some conveniently located shops, like Dunkin Donuts. “I closed on my home in Tamarac on August 31, 2018 (right before Labor Day weekend) I made it to City Hall around 2:00 PM with a request for the water to be put in my name and turned on before the weekend. The women I dealt with inside the office were incredibly polite and friendly. Closing on a home has you dealing with many frustrations but the City made this a super pleasant, easy task for me and had my water turned on within an hour. They could have told me it was too late in the day and I would have ended up waiting until Tuesday for my water to be turned on. I am eternally grateful for their impeccable service to their residents!”
