“TikTok made me come here and I’m thankful. If you’re looking for customer service then look elsewhere because it does not exist here. They are very Haitian and there is definitely a language barrier without patience. I didn’t see a menu anywhere so I had to speak to the woman in Creole for her to get my order. She does speak English however the accent is strong. When I got there it was full of people and she has a bell in the front. They people waiting before me rang the bell several times to get her attention. The interior is very small and they are primarily a take out restaurant so there are about four chairs. Enough for at least eight people to sit down and eat comfortably. She was the head chef and the cashier at the same time. I got the Fried Turkey with White Rice and SosPwa Noir. It was so good that I ate the rice without the beans. I drank the bean sauce by itself. The meat was tender and it wasn’t dry at all. The plantains were crunchy and had a lemon flavor to it. The pikliz was sweet and spicy. I’ll definitely come back here.”

We didn't even make it out the door with the conch salad. It was just that good!!! I purposely went there because I was craving a whole fried fish and I must say, they did not disappoint! I got the $20 fish & it was perfectly seasoned and fried on the outside. The inside was where the magic was. The meat was juicy and flavorful, definitely marinated. I look forward to going back. “Love little original Florida diners like this. We use to have them all around. Now we’re careful to support and protect the few that are left. Came in and was transported in time. Plants and 1950’s memorabilia lined the windows and walls. We were told to pick out our table and we sat down and were promptly greeted by the server. She was quick and polite and made us feel like regulars. Drinks came out quick, coffee was good and the food was great. Just what we wanted. A nice simple hometown breakfast and a decadent platter of Nutella crepes to share. The whole time the server and manager/ owner were walking around and checking on everyone. “The typical dated small boulevard strip mall. I've learned that's where you find the true authentic restaurants and this is no exception. Situated next to a psychic reader (of course) I originally pulled in because I saw the sign tacos locos but this restaurant was located right next door and I peeked my head inside and saw nothing but authentic Latin atmosphere. When the waitress greeted me with a huge smile and said something in Spanish and I look perplexed she asked me if I spoke Spanish. And when I said no she became even more friendlier. Clearly I was the only Caucasian guy in the restaurant modelo's were abundantly placed in front of all the male patrons and the music was loud. She asked if I needed any assistance with the menu and I said no that one looks good and she said that's the fried pork chop. Would you like rice and beans with that and a salad and some tortillas and I said"yes sounds great" 5 minutes later the plate of food came out and it was amazing there was even an extra bonus section of fried pork chop on my plate The salad was simple the rice and beans were done to perfection and the tortillas came in a quantity of five which was one more than I could possibly eat. I will definitely be back and if I was to recommend this to anybody I would say do not pass go do not collect $200 get there immediately you will not be disappointed. When I go back hopefully the psychic reader will be open 😆”
