I was running late to catch the FedEx Express driver and pulled up as they were about to pull off. She processed my package and I rushed it out the door to hand to the driver but forgot to put some details on the shipping doc. She proceeded to follow the package and made sure it was delivered and informed me the next day do alleviate me of the stress of wondering if all was ok. We've been working with Margaret for a few weeks on making sure the van rental was secure and ready to go since we would be flying from out of state but last Wednesday, we saw that Ft. Lauderdale had flooded, including the airport and Margaret had called and checked us days before we were to fly out, on the morning of our flight, we were minutes away from the airport about to park and we found out our flight was cancelled and Margaret called just after we'd found out to see how we were, we told her about our flight being cancelled and she made a call to the Miami MW location and they had only one van left for us to rent and made sure we were able to still get it. Talk about timing!!! Margaret made us feel at ease as this was the first time we've had to travel this way since my husband has been in a power wheelchair. “I went to Island Water Sports for the first time to participate in the free surfing class on Saturday morning and it was a blast! The instructors were enthusiastic and supportive and the group atmosphere was great for first-time surfers like me as well as families. Afterwards, I bought a rash guard from the store where I was helped by a staff member and then given a discount for having taken the group class. Everyone I interacted with was super friendly and fun! I will absolutely be coming back for more!”

“I've had five different contractors work on my backyard in the last 6-months, and these guys were easily the best I worked with. The Brandel brothers are the most authentic and genuinely nice guys you will meet in the industry. They answer the phone (in person, despite being the owners) and gave me incredible advice on countertops, appliances etc before I ever gave them a deposit or signed a contract. They gave me an estimate of 2-3 weeks for the project. By the time I was able to let them get started (pergola had to be completed by a different vendor first) it was 9-days before my son's birthday party and I asked them to see what they could do to get done in 9-day essentially. There was no drama, they just looked at the schedule, and lined up every one of their guys meticulously and got the outdoor kitchen finished in record time, without cutting any corners. I couldn't be happier with the finished product, they communicated well every step of the way, and went above and beyond to deliver for us. All of their crew are a pleasure to interact with. Helen is awesome at the 3D models also. Highly highly recommend these guys. They genuinely care about their customers, unlike almost every other contractor these days.”
