“The store was a friendly welcome with brisk A/C, polite staff greeting you as you entered and carrying on conversation if you engaged them with a question or comment. The store is very neat, clean and organized as well lit, and easy to navigate around. Prices are universally standard to other out of state Marshall locations. The only negative about this location were the homeless sleeping out infront of the store on the sidewalk, and the con-artist in the wheelchair attempting to panhandle money "because they forgot their wallet."”

“To say Native Roofing was one of the best contractors I have ever hired is an understatement. They were incredibly professional at every step in the process of my roof replacement that took over a year from start to finish (no fault of theirs). They took the time to help me at the start of the process, explaining everything clearly. They even hand delivered (multiple times) tile samples and brochures and even helped me through the selection process. Through no fault of their own, they fell victim to supply chain issues and shortages and delays from their suppliers, but honored every commitment, despite their suppliers I'm sure changing the terms of their agreements, putting them at risk. But, they never tried to pass those along to me. When there was a slight glitch during the installation process and it happened to coincide with a very hard rain, and I had some water leakage due to a minuscule cut in the under covering, they sent a team member out in the pouring rain, and he went up on my roof and fixed it, no questions asked and probably at huge risk to his safety. They even fixed the small amount of damage the leak did to my ceiling inside my house. Their pricing was very fair, they beat every estimate I received. Their workers were nice, respectful and always on-time and cleaned up before they left each day. There is not one thing I can say that would make me not want to do business with them again (hopefully I will never have to replace my roof). I highly recommend them because there are not a lot of companies out there today that take as much pride in their work and put the customer first, always. Our roof looks fantastic. Cheers to Jim, Rick, Darryl and everyone else at Native Roofing. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. They love doing what they do and are excellent at it, a rare combination.”
