Excellent all around! From the greeter who takes your temperature and gives you COVID-19 screening questions, to the front desk, manager, medical assistants, lab techs, nurse practitioners and doctors, everyone is professional, friendly, knowledgeable, safety conscious and on time! They go the extra mile to make us feel welcome while respecting the need for social distancing. The building is clean, bright and nicely decorated, too! Can I give them 10 stars?

Dr C. Warren is great. He is my Doctor for decades when Retired from U.S. Army. He is listen, correct issues and show his professionalism always dress very well and bring a good attitude and atmosphere. His business is very large. You don't have go for. I love it. It so easy to get in and out. The customers service is also outstanding. He have a great site too.?

My experience at Family Care Partners was exceptional from the moment I approached the door to the time I completed my visit. Everyone was so professional, kind, compassionate and friendly. Alison Blinder was very reassuring about the health issues I am facing and recommended some new treatment options that I had never heard before from my other doctors in the past. Lab experience was fast and professional. So glad I found Family Care Partners to take care of my medical needs.

We have followed Dr. Warren from Arlington to argyle and last few years in Fleming Island. We love the care he shows our family and that he listens. Gray is a treasure. I have never felt like we were just another Chart. Dr. Warren’s PA is a blessing she is always positive and ensures she completely understands what is going on. The entire staff is warm and friendly.
