They were both very nice and professional. We talked again about needs and wants. I came home about 5 hours later. Wow! Met my expectations and then some. Not only is this gym up to date with top notch equipment that is always clean, they are also well staffed with the most friendly and knowledgeable employees. I always feel welcome when walking through the doors. Renee is the sweetest! No matter how silly I feel a question may be, there is always someone there to make me feel comfortable and teach me the right way to do things to get the best results instead of feeling out of place! “Went here for a few parts for my friends car . Being from ny and working in the junk yards there I was shocked it was a you pull it (but i was more then willing) . Exploring the yard after i seen that he has many cars in the yard with lots of parts . Then ..... i came across the vw beetles. He has a LOT. I joined a few groups to try and send some people there . If you need parts for an old style beetle this is the spot for you . Easy to navigate yard , plenty of spacing between cars to pull parts , friendly staff . I definitely recommend giving them a shot if your looking for used parts and your willing to get your hands dirty .”

“My AC went out after hours. I called Jeffrey with DDI. He was able to diagnosis my AC right away. My part was ordered ASAP and in less than 24 hours I had AC again. Jeffrey was professional and prompt with communication and updates regarding part arrival. He answered all of my questions and explained my warranty. I will use him in the near future to add a dehumidifier system to my AC unit. Highly recommend this company.”
