They were both very nice and professional. We talked again about needs and wants. I came home about 5 hours later. Wow! Met my expectations and then some. We had a slab leak from a hot water line blowout under the slab, they located the leak, cut the slab, dug it out, fixed the pipe, and patched the slab, and were out of the house before lunch with the job complete and tested and area cleaned. Thanks again! They have also fixed clogged drains, leaking fixtures and installed a water pump and aerator tank for a well at a house for me in the past. Quality work for a reasonable price!”

“My tankless gas water heater's igniter coil went bad, I called everywhere trying to find someone who had the part. Everyone wanted to replace my whole unit and no one had the part. I thought I was going to have to wait a week and order it online. However I found Water Heater Specialist who were recommended by another BIG plumbing company in Jacksonville and they ended up having the part and were willing to sell it to me.
