I love Album! The crew is fantastic. They are always glad to help. The facilities and apartments are top notch and the residents are a fun loving bunch. They enjoy eating, playing cards, eating, water exercise. eating, watching movies and sporting events in our theater, and of course eating!

You just can't argue with new. Moving my 91-year-old mother here. She's from New York and very impressed with the premises. The whole family is as well. Professional, kind and very thorough management. Our agent with Joshua and he was excellent. This place has everything a 55 plus person should need and more. The price point is excellent for such amenities as well. One can surely live their best life here.

We completed our move in on August 16th. We're still settling in, however, we are so pleased with everything so far. The B3 2/2 apartment is roomy with plenty of storage. The neutral, clean color palette allows us to make it our own. We are impressed with the amenities and the quality of the events. We are home.

This morning I went into the Fresh Market to purchase lunch. I selected a turkey sandwich with swiss in the deli. I inquired if the deli was able to add slices of tomato to the sandwich. I was pleasantly surprised when the sales person came back with my sandwich, tomato included! She really went above and beyond and I am sad I didn't catch her name. The sandwich and mixed berries I purchased were absolutely delicious! We have picked up the "Little Big Meal" kits before and have been pleased each and every time.

I cannot recommend these apartments enough! The team, led by Ashley, is friendly, responsive, and very in tune with your needs and personality. I also dealt with Joshua for the details on the lease - who is incredible and patient.
If you are looking for 55+ apartment homes, this is the best!

I regularly shop at the Fresh Markets in the Jacksonville area.
Recently I went to the Fleming Island location and was pleasantly surprised!
The store was spacious, well stocked and the staff very helpful, especially my cashier, Kerrie. She interacts professionally and cordially with her customers and makes you feel happy to be there.
I am happy to rate the staff and store a 5!!!

They carry some items that you might not find in Walmart or Publix. While they have these items, their selection is still a little small. All of their produce, meats, bakery, and deli items seemed very fresh and high quality.

Thank you Fresh Market for a wonderful Thanksgiving meal. We had a delightful turkey, ham, a super corn souffle, tangy cranberry salad, yummy rolls - also came with some ok green beans and a very sweet apple pie, but I've never been a fan of apple pie. Overall - this meal was fantastic. Had to go back for seconds. Not everyone likes to cook. The service was great. We went there Thanksgiving Day. Signed in and within 5 minutes they had our food in a carry-out box. We warmed it up and did not have to spend days in the kitchen. What a great idea!
