Weeks Brothers Auto Glass LLC

After my husband’s windshield was destroyed we looked for day’s trying to find a company to replace it. The 13th we began our search, calling/emailing Safelite, Lee&Cates, Baker Glass, contacted of course our insurance company who sent us to a third party. Said party was no help! Never received a call back. On Friday (after feeling hopeless) we searched again and found Weeks Brothers. I spoke with Brian who immediately offered his services and explained to us how to go about the process with the insurance and all. Called the insurance company gave them the name and within minutes we had a confirmed appointment! The next day he arrived earlier than expected. Not only had he come to replace the windshield but he drove out of his way that morning and already had the tint strip put on for us, to save us the time and travel of going ourselves! We just paid the cost when he got finished! He made thing’s so simple! Taking the time to explain the process, lead us in the right direction, arriving before expected and doing a fantastic job! I know this is a long review and no I’m not being compensated for it or my time! I just really want people to know what a great experience we had! Thank you!!

Good incentive to shop use local businesses! Called them this morning and they came out this afternoon to replace window. annnnd beat safelites price like a rented mule. Definitely recommend this company!

They’re good at communicating, show up on time, follow up if additional parts are needed, and offered me a great price. I appreciate that they showed me the broken piece and explained how to avoid future damage.
