I made an appointment with the car dealership and traveled there twice to have a key fob programed to my vehicle that would operate remote start and other features. After two visits they were unable to program the fob correctly. I contacted Car-e-keys in Middleburg and within one hour I had a new fob that worked correctly! The price was cheaper than the dealership. David, was very polite and able to answer all my questions. I highly recommend this service to anyone looking for a replacement or backup fob before it is too late.

I’m really lucky I called Jesse yesterday. He was extremely knowledgeable and patient with me tending to my screaming baby crying in the background. Services were very fast and they were honest! The whole thing took 15 minutes start to finish. These prices cannot be compared… Car e Key is soooo affordable!!! Support local businesses!

Jesse is the man. He wasn’t even working when I called him and he drove all the way to St. Augustine to duplicate my key for me. Very professional, very kind, and very time-efficient. I called one evening to see if I was able to have my key FOB replaced, I spoke with a gentleman, Jesse, whom was very kind and considerate. He was even willingly to come and assist me that evening had I made my mind up. I was not in that big a rush, he scheduled an appointment for me the next day. It was very convenient that he was able to come to my home address. I gave him the key FOB that I wanted to replace, although it seemed as if he didn't even need that. In less than 20 minutes, I now have a sturdy, durable key FOB ☺️

I had a very complicated issue that required the Locksmith to drive to my vehicle in Starke. After calling several of the big and reputable Lockout services in Gainesville, I was very disappointed in the lack of customer service and professionalism. No one was interested in taking on my situation. I assume the reason to be because it would have required some extra steps. I even tried a couple of the big, full service Lockout Services in Jax. I got no where fast. I finally called Car-E-Keys and spoke to Jessie. He was on it right away and even though a blank key had to be ordered, he ordered it and it came in the next morning. He kept in contact with me and made sure I was not left in the dark. He confirmed the appointment and showed up first thing as he promised. He was able to get the key and key fob programmed and all is well. Thanks to Jessie and his professional convictions I now have the key and key fob that functions as it should. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Jessie at Car-e-Keys. He had the knowledge, experience and went the extra mile to help me out when I was sure no one cared about true customer service and going the extra mile.
