Clay Charter Academy

We made the Switch to Clay Charter after having a Horrible year with my Daughters “Zoned school” teacher. She was dreading going to school, cried and was all around just depressed. So when we moved her to Clay Charter we were hoping the change would perk her up to her normally Bubbly self and
it did. She absolutely loves it there. She loves the teachers, her new classmates, how comfortable the uniforms are, the fake grass, the cafeteria food (apparently way better) and even the fact she gets to take Spanish! She comes home everyday and tells me about everything she gets to do in school. It really has been a complete change. The Teachers have been amazing, the parent pick up line is way more organized and it has honestly been nice not having to worry about picking out clothes everyday!!

I seen some reviews about students not being allowed to wear sweaters in the class, I know This to be false because my Daughter wears hers everyday almost all day. The school is very clean and from what my daughter says as I mentioned the food is way better. All the teachers/staff/security guards I have encountered have been nothing but polite, informative and just all around nice to me and my daughter.

We had issues with our zoned public school. I made a decision to switch my kids to clay charter after taking a tour of the school. I was instantly impressed.

We’ve been at the school for 3 years now. My kids love this school and I love this school. The administration, staff, and teachers are all amazing. I’m glad we decided to make the switch.

My little one started Kindergarten this year. We chose Clay Charter Academy based on word of mouth recommendations from friends and family members with children currently enrolled. We LOVE Clay Charter! From the beginning at the Back to School Bash, my son has absolutely loved it! His teacher was very understanding in the beginning of the year with him being upset at having to leave Mom, etc. He is learning so much, so quickly! The support staff is also excellent! All of the drop off/pick up team knows my son by name, which makes both he and I feel comfortable, and a bit special, you know? My son comes home everyday telling me about all of his individual and group learning activities, and how his teacher always encourages questions, and good choices. Any time that I call, I am answered promptly by a friendly member of office staff, and they are all so accommodating! I could go on and on! Just the other day as I was waiting in line for pick up, the principal was out helping the dismissal team! I have recommended Clay Charter Academy to my friends/family for their children as well!!! Love love love Clay Charter Academy. We have been coming to this school since it opened. My kids are doing way more advanced work then other kids in the same grade at other schools. The teachers here are so dedicated and really make every effort to have a partnership with the parents so every child can be successful. The uniforms are a huge plus as well!

This is our first year at Clay Charter Academy. The amount of time the teachers have already taken with both of my children is amazing and you can see the difference in their grades and them already!!! They offer things that didn't even exist and their previous school (yearbook club, flag football, band, art, advanced classes, etc.). They are actually excited to get up and go to school and have made so many friends already. This is the principal's first year and he has done a great job at dealing with any issues that have come up. The staff and teachers are quick to respond to any questions or concerns you may have. My children are also in the after care program and the price is amazing compared to what I paid before and they have a variety of things for the kids to do until I come and pick them up. Very impressed so far!!!!
