Summit Physical Therapy

I went for physical therapy there, the first week it opened. Tara is amazing, and she has hired some awesome people to work with. They are all personable, caring, and know what they're doing.
Whenever, I have a need - I will return. Summit is the Best!!

Physical therapy is not one of those things you usually look forward to, but with a facility like Summit Physical Therapy, it’s a pleasure AND physically rewarding. I seriously look forward to my weekly appointments knowing I am going to get results in helping me improve my quality of life.
Beyond the boutique feel of the place, there lies a staff that is friendly, caring and most of all so professionally skilled. I have the unfortunate situation of multiple complex injuries that have needed years of therapy and most likely will for a long time. I stopped going to another PT facility for a while a few years ago, because I wasn’t seeing results and felt I was wasting my time being one patient of three or four the therapist would see at a time.
Unfortunately I had to seek therapy again because of a punctured bladder issue that came back. Fortunately I landed with Tara, a specialist with pelvic rehab among many other things. I could tell right away I was in very adept hands and started seeing result quickly. She is so knowledgeable and caring, and most of all a warm and funny too. Makes the unpleasantness of the therapy so much more tolerable.
So, when Tara opened up her own physical therapy clinic I did not hesitate to follow, especially since she tackled the arduous task of setting up to accept insurance and Medicare, an important factor for a long hauler like me.
Tara filled the clinic with a sleek, inviting design and a capable and friendly staff to match. The attention to detail, and the individualized care is so refreshing from the corporate facilities that are run more like a manufacturing plant.
From Allie at the front desk with here sunny disposition to the three other staff members, Kirsten, Jessica and Alyssa, though not my therapist always greet me and make me feel like part of the family, you can’t help but feel welcomed.
To say I’m grateful for all Tara has done with Summit Physical Therapy is an understatement. I wouldn’t physically be doing what I am today without her.

These ladies at Summit are amazing. They are very helpful and educational about your therapy. They make you work but do not push you too far. They work at your pace but are very effective in making sure they take away your pain and help you through whatever is hurting. I highly recommend this location for therapy.

Outstanding, Professional & Classy place! The staff is very friendly, the place is clean, and they make you feel right at home. I would HIGHLY recommend Summit Physical Therapy to anyone. Even if you live in Jacksonville it's definitely worth the drive. The Physical Therapists are well educated, fun and professional. I have been going here for over a month for my Lyme's Disease & Pelvic Therapy and I feel so much better already! Everyone goes above & beyond to make you feel your best. Tara and everyone at Summit are the best. They helped me recover, gave me ways to strengthen, and are so much fun to work with. Tara is a great listener and offers realistic, workable solutions. The office is brand new and immaculate. I always felt like I was in the best hands. Can’t recommend highly enough!
