Felisha Foote: Allstate Insurance

I recently switched to Felisha with Allstate. I was with a statefarm for over 30 years. Felicia was very persistent in contacting me. I set up an appointment after a year to meet with Felicia. I have never had an agent spend the quality time to go over and explain where I was lacking protection. I can’t say enough good about Felisha and her team. there is nothing worse than finding out you don’t have the right coverage when you need it. I fully understand the need for insurance and appreciate the time she spent to go over the coverage and explain what she felt I needed. When we were done I felt like family. Something we lack in today’s normal business dealings. Thank you Feliisha

If you’re not using Felisha Foote’s Allstate, you’re probably spending more money than you should be on your car insurance. Been with her for going on 8 years now. Not gonna lie. I still shop my insurance, but every time she comes up the least expensive with the best coverage. I’ve had a few claims including a stolen vehicle, and her agency has always stepped up and made the process, smooth and quick. Highly recommend you speaking to one of her agents before you make a decision.

All the hard working gals at this office are awesome, from the time they great ya when walking in, to the time you leave happy. And if your rude they have a watchdog on site 😉😉. I had some difficult times due to covid, and they helped me maintain my coverage during my hardship, they went above and beyond. Thank you Gals. And I liked the honesty, I had a few questions that were unusual, my gal didn't know the answer and wasn't afraid to admit so, and kindly asked a senior rep to come talk to us, so I got my answer and she got new knowledge.
