Signature HealthCARE of Middleburg

My father was moved here a few days ago after a bad fall with a serious head injury that happened 4 weeks ago and the family couldn't be happier with the care he has been given. The entire staff has taken extra care with him (because of his confusion, attempts to take himself home and being a fall risk) and we have all been treated like part of the family. From the very start all of the staff knows the patient by name and not just a room/bed number. The facilities are absolutely amazing and very clean. Hopefully he will be back to his old self very soon and will be coming home, but until then we know he is being taken very good care of! Thank you all!

Great location if you’re looking for the best possible care for your loved one! The CEO Erica makes it a point to put patient care first, and holds staff accountable to doing just that! Their entire team has worked the front lines through the pandemic and do their very best every single day. They make their patients feel like family! This is a beautiful facility that feels like a resort , and the staff personalities match.

Amazing service and the staff were more than accommodating. Provided excellent care for my loved one, felt just like they were part of the family. If you are looking a place with the most amazing staff and excellent amenities.

This place is like home- everyone here was like family to me.
I've been at another facility before and I hated it there, but I never felt that way here!
All of the staff are very attentive. I never get an "I don't know" answer; they always find the answer to my question and my call light was always answered timely. The therapy team would always remind me "you can do it!" and they'd work around my schedule, not theirs. The food was PERFECT! They realized what I liked and were so accommodating. This place honestly felt like a resort and I would absolutely come back to Middleburg if I ever needed to. This place is HEAVEN!! I recommend this place to all!

There is also a therapy department that is dedicated to bringing every resident to their highest level of function as well as the culinary staff that strives to provide three nutritional well-balanced and delicious meals and healthy snacks to all of its residents. The highly skilled nursing department provides 24-hour skilled, compassionate and attentive care to all their residents. I know that my friend would not have been able to return safely to her home without this dedicated and caring staff
