I don't even know where to begin. This is my home away from home, Jesus called me here at a perfect time and I haven't felt the love stop since. I've became so close with so many people there and my full happiness shows there, anytime I walk in the door. Pastor Nate is absolutely amazing and he helped me find Jesus and has supported me through my whole walk with him!
We've been looking for a church for a while and I can truly say that we have finally found our home in the Rock. Pastor Nate and all of the people from the church have made sure that me and my loved ones feel like family. From the first moment we went in we felt the love and hospitality of Jesus. Great messages that are completely biblically-based and also have a real life application. We don't have kids yet but this is an amazing church to raise your kids in. They offer great Kids and Youth ministries. Tons of events and activities to promote fellowship with one another and a great commitment to serve our community. It also doesn't hurt that Pastor Nate is very funny and the worship team is probably one of the best I've ever seen. In this church YOU MATTER and you'll feel it the moment you step in.
Some people will be quick to judge a church. Some Churches are quick to judge people. I visited for the first time today, and found 100% of the people to be genuine, the pastor to be gospel driven, everyone to be friendly, and the presence of the Holy Spirit to be abundant. Not a smoke and mirrors yuppie church, just a group of simple people worshiping together. Finding a church that fits your calling to serve can be stressful. Just remember, just because a church is not a fit for you, does not mean there is something wrong with the church. It's likely something within you. Or possibly, you are called elsewhere. Anyway, today was my first visit. I experienced warm people, sound doctrine, a strong praise and worship team, and an overwhelming sense of belonging. I'm definitely excited about visiting again next Sunday. Pastor has a cool beard too.
My daughter and I have been attending this church for a little over a year and we have felt welcome since day 1. The pastor actually preaches from the Bible and really touches on real life situations. Worship is amazing and I feel the Spirit move within the sanctuary every Sunday. It gives a true "family" feel. I would and do highly recommend this church if you're looking for a forever church home.
