“Went here for a few parts for my friends car . Being from ny and working in the junk yards there I was shocked it was a you pull it (but i was more then willing) . Exploring the yard after i seen that he has many cars in the yard with lots of parts . Then ..... i came across the vw beetles. He has a LOT. I joined a few groups to try and send some people there . If you need parts for an old style beetle this is the spot for you . Easy to navigate yard , plenty of spacing between cars to pull parts , friendly staff . I definitely recommend giving them a shot if your looking for used parts and your willing to get your hands dirty .”

One of my lugs snapped while they were working on my truck and they were upfront about what happened, how it happened and what they intended to do to fix it. They ordered the parts the next day and scheduled an appointment to do the repair at my convenience. They were very apologetic and offered to do more than I felt was necessary to make it right. “This is by far my most favorite oil change service center in Northeast Ohio. Yes, it's one of the busiest Valvoline's I've gone to, but worth the wait. Excellent customer service from super knowledgeable technicians, I know they'll take care of my car. They always let me know if I'm due for other services and are fast and efficient at getting everything done. Swap out my wiper blades while my oil change is being done, replace lights if they go out!
