“First time going today and I was pleasantly surprised by what they had. Old tools, new fixtures, new home goods, new flooring, cabinets, nice furniture, books for .40 cents, antiques and a lot more. What i was surprised about the most was how many new or lightly used items they had. Prices were very reasonable and the staff was friendly. I think this will now be my go to thrift store. Best part is it supports a good cause. **Note: No clothes or exercise equipment.”

“HM and his team helped us in our hour of need! We had a slab leak from a hot water line blowout under the slab, they located the leak, cut the slab, dug it out, fixed the pipe, and patched the slab, and were out of the house before lunch with the job complete and tested and area cleaned. Thanks again! They have also fixed clogged drains, leaking fixtures and installed a water pump and aerator tank for a well at a house for me in the past. Quality work for a reasonable price!”

“I’ve been coming to this park for over twenty years. It’s had it’s fair share of updates. They try and keep up with the times. The pavilions aren’t that great. The equipment is nice enough, and can entertain small children for about an hour. There’s a basketball court to shoot hoops. Plenty of grass for you to run around. In the past couple years they’ve added a pet potty station- so, now you’re furry family members are welcome too. There are no restrooms for humans…”

“Good guys came when I called about some emotional problems I was having back in 2018. About 5 guys came and talked to me, sharing their struggles with life and letting me know I'm not alone. One of the older officers ended up showing me a bunch of pictures on his phone of alligators and other animals that he put little sombrero hats on. Really cheered me up. I previously had a negative view of law enforcement but that encounter really changed those views and I will forever remember it. Thank you Clay County Sheriff's office.”
