He was fair in negotiations and even took care of a couple things on the car before it was officially mine. A stack of maintenance records were included as well. Gave me the peace of mind knowing that I was buying a vehicle that had been thoroughly maintained whenever it was at the shop. I felt so comfortable with Gary and his shop, I had him handle servicing my girlfriends Jetta that needed rear drum brake service. Gary communicated with me about some concerns he discovered about the rear brakes and laid out what he felt is most important. I felt more safe knowing that he took the time to look at these issues and help me budget to have it all done at once so that it’s no longer a safety concern. One of my lugs snapped while they were working on my truck and they were upfront about what happened, how it happened and what they intended to do to fix it. They ordered the parts the next day and scheduled an appointment to do the repair at my convenience. They were very apologetic and offered to do more than I felt was necessary to make it right. Very pleased with my experience, I definitely recommend this shop and I will certainly come back again.”

I called the owner and talked to him on the phone about the vehicle I owned and what I had purchased from Crutchfield. He was extremely knowledgeable about the whole install process and had the additional hardware on site to install the system the same day I called. This is a veteran owned business and I was very impressed by his professionalism and quality of work. He did the install on my truck the same day I called and it was done at a fair price. I would strongly recommend his business in the future. If I ever needed another install done on one of my vehicles - he would be the only game in town. “This is by far my most favorite oil change service center in Northeast Ohio. Yes, it's one of the busiest Valvoline's I've gone to, but worth the wait. Excellent customer service from super knowledgeable technicians, I know they'll take care of my car. They always let me know if I'm due for other services and are fast and efficient at getting everything done. Swap out my wiper blades while my oil change is being done, replace lights if they go out! They even found a coupon for me for my oil change and gave me a discount on my transmission flush. Thanks Valvoline!!”
