“First time in this morning on 11/5, I’m a no frill black coffee guy, but like anyone who likes their morning drink, I appreciate really fresh black coffee… this place did not disappoint. Possibly one of the best coffee I’ve ever had. Staff were all very friendly, greeted me right away and drink served in seconds…. and polite, quite a bang coming out of this little place. “Fun place to mountain bike or walk that's mostly shaded. Bathrooms and water available. There's lots of well marked trails and a paved trail too that leads to a neighborhood. Watch out for big roots. Definitely wear a helmet and probably best to wear pants. I rode my fat tire ebike and it did good.”

As long as rent is paid on time, property kept up (renting 20 acres) etc they won't mess with you! Some of the complaints I've read seem very minimal and petty. “5 starts bc great wings BUT I ordered 20 atomic and only ate 2… they are delicious as all get out trust me….great size, juicy wings,.. They are absolutely atomic though…. phew. I’d order them again tho 😂 I like hot stuff… but help. I’ll add I’ve ordered regular hot from wingstop, which is why i ordered again, I love them. Get those veggies with BC too!!! Always good”
