Been doing our business banking here for many, many years. I was actually very surprised when I saw these reviews/ratings because we’ve always had the most superb customer service as well as genuine kindness. Of course these reviews will not change my opinion of this banking center.
All of these reviews are written by impatient people who don't understand that they are not the only people at the bank. I've had great service every time. They can't help that you're having a bad day. Get over yourselves. Grown adults that don't know how the real world works. Judging by the reviews from these people on other places, They are obviously the problem. These people are giving 1 star reviews to everything they review. Maybe you people should think about the fact that you ARE the rude people that you're posting about.
