“I am a high school teacher and a mother and I've been using Dr. Steve's caffeine melts for 6 months now. They are great for a busy lifestyle like mine! I am a coffee drinker and I like my cup of coffee in the morning, but the melts are great to help get me through the day. I can take a caffeine melt during my planning period, or after school when I need to finish some grading but I'm lacking energy and motivation. “Scoping out this gym for a new location to get my beast on. When I walked in I was surprised to see how clean and well light it was. The locker room is clean and nicely decorated. Infrared sauna, showers, and lockers are available, functional fitness area, hydro massage, outdoor training area, 3 smith machines, free weights, and 3 membership month to month no contract options. Ooh they are conveniently across the road to Publix. I am very interested in this gym as all the others in JAX cannot compare with the cleanliness, atmosphere and most of all functional fitness area. “Dr Altomare was an awesome doctor for my kids when they were young. They are grown now and my daughter who has kids of her own is thinking of going back to him now. She is absolutely amazing. I needed to get fillings and instead of having to come back another day she was able to fit me into her schedule for the same day. She is a great fit for this office. “My Grandmother is so lucky to be living at Ft. Caroline Gardens. Each and every staff member took time out to come and introduce themselves to her when we arrived. She felt very welcomed!! The staff are all wonderful, Taylor, Reggie, Mimi, and all the Nurses and Nursing Aides, the Cooking Staff, the maintenance and Cleaning personnel...all have truly been wonderful. I cannot say enough good things about this place. You have to experience it yourself. From the moment you enter the facility, it feels like and smells like home. The staff really take great care and truly love each and every resident. The facility is clean, smells good, has plenty of activities every day to keep the residents safe and happy.”

Thanks to baptism home I was adopted at the age of 16 by a very loving woman. Rose gives an amazing deep tissue massage and I’m pretty sure there isn’t a knot she can’t find. They also do Cupping and physical therapy in office as well. Now my son also goes to this office.”
