After submitting a request online before business hours, I heard back from them when the doors opened and was fortunate to get my dog in that same day. In the midst of a pandemic I felt so at ease with my dogs care, even though it was our first visit. Dr. Sherman called me within 10 minutes of my dog being taken back, with an update and next steps. Robert and Angela were also key members in making me feel at ease and guiding me to answers to assist in the over all well being of my pet. Would highly recommend. A fantastic visit for myself and my dog.”
